Medicine for Baptist Retirement Homes During September we will be collecting pill bottles full of change to help buy medicine for those who cannot afford theirs at Baptist Retirement Homes.

Van Ministry We would like to start a van ministry to drive people to church who cannot drive.  We need someone willing to coordinate and be the liaison with sites like Parkwood Place.  We will also need drivers and volunteers to help people get in and out of the vehicle.  Please call the church if you would like to help with this ministry.

“Christ has no body now but yours; no hands, no feet on earth but yours. Yours are the eyes with which he looks with compassion on this world. Christ has no body now on earth but yours.” — St. Teresa of Avila

We have a heart for missions! We believe mission involvement is the natural result of a real faith. When our hearts are filled by God, we naturally want to share God’s love with others.

We believe that every person has a mission and their own place to serve. Finding their place of service and becoming the presence of Christ to others is the first step in building the kind of relationships that will take Christ’s love to the world.

Following Christ’s command to “Go therefore and make disciples,” our church supports missions through our praying, our serving, our going, and our giving. Through summer mission trips, family mission projects, and local mission organizations, our congregation works to serve and share with people and communities in need. Join us in being the hands and feet of Christ to a world in need.
